Who do you go to for support? Who do you talk to? Do you have differnent outlets for different circumstances?
We all do, or least all should. It's nice knowing that certain people will be there for you no matter what. But sometimes even talking to them is tough.
It's times like this this when I like to take long walks with my four-legged best friends. For me, getting out in nature with my dogs is one of the most therapeutic things I do. Moving about, breathing fresh air, watching them play and chase. No matter what's going on in my life, I always feel better.
From college campuses to airports, there is growing support for the idea that animals improve our moods and reduce our stress levels.
Having dogs in my life has made me a better person. The pureness, and simplicity of their love has enriched my existence more than I ever thought possible. Thank you Zetty and Kona for helping fulfill me.
